The Union Plumbing Heating and Cooling is installed underneath the sink furthest from the hot water system and requires only a single power point to operate. Installation is simple, just disconnect the pipes to the hot and cold taps, connect them to the pump and reconnect the pipes from the pump back to the taps, set the timer and the jobs done.
Union Plumbing Heating and Cooling will sense the temperature of water in the hot water line. It will automatically turn on and re-circulate the cooled water back to the hot water system through the cold water line.
